Scores a Pair of 2010 Season Tickets

CORPUS CHRISTI -- Local resident Oscar Hernandez recently captured the first K99 Hooks Superfan Contest.

The reward: two 2010 Corpus Christi Hooks season tickets. Hernandez dropped by the Whataburger Field offices on September 7 to visit with team president Ken Schrom and then hung out with friends and family at the final regular-season game vs. San Antonio.

Runners-up Tammy Tucker and Marty Barnett received an autographed Hooks team baseball and free apparel from Hook, Line & Sinker.

"We appreciate Frank Edwards and the folks at K99 for putting together an exciting and fun promotion," Schrom said. "The decision was made with input from our players. It wasn't easy... but that's quite a tattoo on Oscar's right arm."
